Pair of black earthenware torchères with gilded decorations and highlights in the Restoration style. Tripartite base in the form of lion paws and acanthus leaves in gilt bronze covering the corners. Each side of the triangular base is decorated with a large palmette whose base is finished by two volutes. A gilded bronze frieze decorated with water leaves separates the base of the column, which is in the form of a pedestal and supports a cup whose base ends with three stylized volutes in black earthenware decorated with red highlights. The shaft of the column is embellished with a gilded bronze sheath with two rows of water leaves and stopping at half the column.
Above, a gilded decoration in the form of foliage and three gilded bands adorn the shaft. The torchères have a cup at the top with a bronze decoration of leaves at the base. Work dating from 1950
