Rare ceramic kerosene lamp, glazed stoneware with magnificent ox-blood red, blue, gray and ochre colors, topped with the brass kerosene system.
The little pink cup has a visible shine on the photo and it has a very pretty shape.
Lamp by Pierre Adrien Dalpayrat (1844- 1910) and Maurice Dufrène (1876-1955) French ceramist of
the Art Nouveau.
Baluster model with high relief plant decoration.

Dalpayrat is one of the most important ceramists of Art Nouveau. After having trained in Bordeaux with Veillard, and having stayed in Limoges and Toulouse, Dalpayrat opens a workshop in Bourg la Reine south of Paris. He collaborated with the sculptor Voisin-Delacroix until the latter's death in 1893.In 1894 he founded a commercial association with Adèle Lesbros, cousin and friend of Voisin-Delacroix.
