    Description

    Carved gilt wood barometer. An eagle with one wing spread on the globe surrounded by a wreath of oak leaves and acorns and a drapery. Decoration of bunches of grapes and fruits. The eagle is surrounded bw two flags one of the flags with inital "L" (for Louis XVIII who replaces the imperial "N" (for Napoleon) when the Bourbons took the power back in 1815. Signed "Sormany au Palais Royal".
